Since joining ECF as a board member in 1997, Anthony has always believed in the impacts the ministry has made to the lives of people, locally and globally. For the past 5 years, he has been the organization’s President and CEO. Aside from his service at ECF, Anthony also teaches Economics at Santa Monica College. He loves cruising, reading, M&Ms; and enjoys running and has completed 17 marathons! Married to Grace for over 30 years, they have two grown children, Nathan and Emily.

With over 20 years of service at ECF, Kate has been responsible for managing the ministry’s operations. She is married to Patrick and is a ‘dog mom.’ Her interests include traveling, music, cooking, and exploring new culinary experiences.

Barnabas enjoys serving alongside his wife, Allie, and desires to pursue God’s best. He has held a few pastoral and academic roles, including as BIOLA University’s Bible and Greek tutor. With a B.A. in Biblical and Theological Studies and a Master’s in New Testament, He has a passion for preaching and believes in the power of a word of exhortation. He co-published a book with his wife in 2022.

Kelly is the website coordinator, working on improving your experience on this website! She likes to try to apply her creativity in various things, like arts and crafts.

Ann received a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Education from the University of Hong Kong and was an elementary school teacher there for 7 years prior to relocating to the United States with her husband in 2010. Currently, Ann is a stay-at-home mom while caring for her 2 teenage children and being a Graphic Designer for ECF. In her spare time, Ann enjoys walking her dog, running, painting, planting, and cooking for her friends and family.

Teresa received her MA degree in TESOL from Azusa Pacific University and has over 30 years of teaching experience. Her wealth of knowledge and enthusiasm is truly amazing; her students adore her! Teresa resides in Oregon with her husband, Hai and five children.

Bryant Phung has graduated from California State University, Fullerton, with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology with a concentration in Teacher Education. He is a credentialed Physical Education teacher in California and teaches students K-12. Beside Physical Education, he tutors English on Zoom for students in Vietnam and coaches various sports, such as cross-country, track and field, and wrestling. In his free time, he enjoys trying new coffee, keeping up with science and research, going to the gym, hanging out with friends, and trying new foods.

Jeanette Phung is currently finishing up her undergraduate education (B.A. in Environmental Science & Policy) at the University of California, Irvine. After that, she would like to further her education by working on a Master’s Degree in Public Administration.

Additionally, Jeanette is also an active competitor in Jiu-Jitsu and constantly representing her gym in various competitions. Due to her accomplishments, she has also been given coaching opportunity in fundamental classes. And recently, Jeanette has also started working as a Behavioral Interventionist where she gets to help children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).

Anthony Chan is the President/CEO of ECF International. He is also a Professor of Economics at Santa Monica College and has taught for over 30 years.

David Guzik is a pastor, Bible teacher, and the author of a widely used online commentary on the entire Bible. His commentary on the New Testament has been translated into Chinese and is freely available online.

Julie Zuber is an ESL Instructor and a full-time Mom. She received her MA in TESOL at Azusa Pacific University. She and husband Mike have two daughters and currently reside in Arizona. Her interests are reading, learning about other cultures and spending time in nature.

Molly Chang is a retired Grade School Teacher in the Cypress School District, California. In 2022, Molly was awarded “Teacher of the Year.” Married to Hanson, her hobbies include singing and playing various musical instruments. She is also very active in her local church.

Susanne Lee is an Accounting Manager at Los Angeles City College. She is married to Henry and is active at her local church serving in the choir and as treasurer.

Linda Allsbury is the CEO/CFO of Pro Power Clean Inc. in Idaho. Originally from Southern California, she is married to John and has three children and three grandchildren. Linda especially enjoys serving at the Boise Rescue Mission and Wayfarers Ministry among the many other organizations where she volunteers, “caring for people.”

Rev. Chan was born and raised in Hong Kong but spent many years living and even completing his education in Electronic Engineering in the United Kingdom. While in the UK, Rev. Chan accepted the Lord as His personal savior and he even answered God’s call to be His servant as a full-time minister. He ultimately came to the United States, where he received an MDiv Degree from Fuller Seminary. Rev. Chan continues serving local Chinese churches in the San Gabriel area, even after retiring from his pastoral position for over 20 years.

Rev. Chan enjoys jogging, gardening, playing musical instruments, healing as well as spending times with our Lord through prayer.

Mary Grams is the Associate Director of International Student Compliance at Azusa Pacific University, where she was awarded the Vivian Felix Award and Uncommon Citizen Award. She enjoys singing and, whenever possible, would love to travel and see the world.

Nancy Jelinek is the Moderator of Deacons at First Presbyterian Church in Omaha, Nebraska. She and husband Paul enjoy travel and are devoted cruisers. Nancy is a member of the Omaha Philatelic Society and is a leader of the Women’s Bible study group at her church.

Michael Wu was Senior Pastor at several local churches until his retirement in 2019. He continues serving the Lord as a sermon speaker and adviser at local churches and other ministerial associations. Michael is married to Michelle and has three children.
