Evangelize China Fellowship (ECF) began its more than 70 years of history with the establishment of an Orphanage in Shanghai, China in 1947 by Dr. Andrew Gih. With the Grace of God, ECF has since been able to partner with and launch numerous programs in Malaysia, Macau, Hong Kong, Singapore, Indonesia, Thailand, India, Vietnam, Myanmar, the Philippines, Cambodia, Canada, the US, and other parts of Europe.

With visions from the Board of Directors, ECF moved its headquarters to Los Angeles in 1956 and then to Pasadena 1975 and in 1985 to Monterey Park, California, where it has been since.

In 1998, ECF established a sister non-profit organization, Education & Culture Foundation, so the two entities could work on educationally and culturally related projects here in the US and abroad. In 2004, Education & Culture Foundation changed its name to ECF International. In 2016, ECF and ECF International were merged and the organization is now officially called ECF International.
在1998年，中國佈道㑹成功地設立教育文化基金㑹。在2004年，教育文化基金會改名為中國佈道㑹(國際)。在2016年，中國佈道㑹與中國佈道㑹(國際）合併，成為今天的中國佈道㑹(國際)。
ECF has had 3 visionary and dynamic leaders as Presidents since its inception in 1947: Dr. Andrew Gih (1947-1978), Dr. Paul Szeto (1980-2015), and Professor Anthony Chan (2016-present).
