The ECF Annual Board Meeting was held at the ECF International Headquarters in Monterey Park. The Board has chosen a new ministry theme: “With God, We will Gain the Victory”, and committed to provide leadership and support on all programs and ministries. A new Board Member, Mrs. Linda Allsbury was voted in unanimously by the Board.

GCC released a documentary DVD 'A Life of Amazing Grace', The Witness of Dr. Paul Szeto. This is a special presentation honoring his 30th Anniversary of faithful service at ECF.

ECF Macau Grace Community Chapel held the baptism service during Sunday worship. Dr. Szeto baptized four new believers with three new member transferred.

Dr. Szeto was speaking at the 37th Commencement of Bethel Bible Institute in Thailand. A total of 12 graduated, six from the Chinese department and six from the Thai department.

ECF Chapel held a Medical Seminar for the community at the Headquarters. Dr. Li-Qin Sun, a member of the Chapel, also provided service free of charge to over 50 people. around 80 people attended this special meeting.

The opening and dedication of the "Dr. J. Edwin Orr Revival Center" was held at the Headquarters this Pentecost Sunday. Dr. Harold Lane, ECF Chairman started the dedication program with warm welcome. Followed by a slide presentation about Dr. Orr which was prepared by Rev. David Guzik, Pastor of Calvary Chapel of Santa Barbara; Dr, Nathan Yeh, ECF Board Member, offered a song of praise of “The Holy City”. Dr. Paul Szeto introduced special guests; Dr. Doug McConnell, Provost of Fuller Theological Seminary; shared a powerful message on revival; Dr. Mark Stanton, Provost of Azusa Pacific University offered a Prayer of Dedication; and Dr. Sam Chetti, Executive Minister of American Baptist Churches of L.A. gave the Benediction. The Orr family members were honor to perform the Ribbon Cutting Ceremony. About 40 guests attended the Dedication and all enjoy the dinner with good fellowship afterward.

Dr. & Mrs. Szeto were invited to attend the Special Librarians Training Conference in Nanjing. Mrs. Dorcas Szeto was to share her professional expertise and experience in cataloging and library management. They also visited Hangzhou, Kaiping, Hong Kong and Macau.

The English teaching team was in Kaiping conducting training for 40 local English teachers. The team was led by Jenny Lew and the team members were Judith Braddon, Henry Lin and Harrison McMaster.

The English teaching team was in Hangzhou YWCA and School District conducting training for 20 local English teachers and 80 students. The team was led by Molly Chang and the team members were Alexandre Bundrant, Eric Chiang, Janna Gray, Krista Maron, Vanessa Raisch, Winston Wang and Jessie Montz.

The English teaching team was in Hangzhou Zhejiang Seminary conducting a four week English conversation training for 20 pastors and seminarians. The teachers were Molly Chang, Eric Chiang, Janna Gray and Krista Maron.

Mrs. Elizabeth He and Ms. Diana Deng of Hangzhou YWCA along with 14 students visited ECF Headquarters.

Dr. Szeto conducted Gospel meetings at Antrim Baptist Church, Carrickfergus Baptist Church, Newtownards Baptist Church, Great Victoris Baptist Church, Mountpottinger Baptist Church, Larne Baptist Church and Straid Congregational Church in Northern Ireland.

In partnership with APU, 2000 Christian books were donated to Zhejiang Theological Seminary Library in Hangzhou, China

Dr. Szeto attended the opening ceremony of the China Bible Exhibition in Washington D.C.

A delegation of 13 people from the China Religious Affairs, China Christian Council, TSPM of the Protestant Churches, Universities and Theological Seminaries visited ECF headquarters.

Dr. Szeto and Dr. Harold Lane were at Hangzhou for the dedication of the new senior home and church. They also visited Beijing, Sihui and Hong Kong.

Three doctors from ECF and the local doctors provided free medical service in Hangzhou.

Dr. Szeto and Dr. Harold Lane visited Sihui Church. Dr. Lane also presented the Pastoral Allowance Fund to the Church.
