ECF International is committed to promoting educational and cultural programs,
mass media productions, charitable relief, and spiritual activities locally and
internationally in order to assist the youth, student, professional, scholar,
disabled, aged, and needy to discover and to enjoy a richer and fuller life
through the love of Jesus Christ.
ECF International is in partnership with:
Evangelize China Fellowship, Incorporated(ECF Inc.) was founded in 1947 in Shanghai, China and was later incorporated
in the USA as a non-profit Church organization with a 501(c)3 tax-exempt status from the Federal government and the
State of California. ECF Inc. has three major ministries: Evangelism, Charity, and Education.
Global Vision
(English Bi-monthly) and
Grace Bridge (Chinese Bi-monthly) are the official publications.
ECF International was first established in Hong Kong (1993) under the name
Education & Culture Foundation and later incorporated in the USA in 1998.
When ECF established the
Global Communication Center, a shorter name was used to incorporate in the State of California as a non-profit Charity with a
501(c)3 tax-exempt status from both the Federal government and State of California.
Both organizations are guided by the same Board of Directors, under the leadership of Dr. Paul Szeto, President and General
Director.
